About us

Open MRI Zen is a diagnostic centre located in Sluis in the Netherlands, near the Belgian border. We use a Hitachi open 1.2T scanner, which is particularly suited for claustrophobic or obese patients. We also use a Canon closed, quieter 3T device. The widest opening of this device is 71 cm. As a radiation-free centre, we also offer ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures.

The centre works on request from healthcare providers throughout the Netherlands and Belgium: hospitals, specialists, general practitioners, and sports physicians. You are also welcome to have tests done without a referral letter. Unlike many hospitals and other diagnostic centres, you can have tests done here within 5 workdays.
