Open MRI Zen constantly strives for the utmost quality and safety, and works according to set standards and procedures. In 2019, Open MRI Zen aspires to obtain the ZKN label, thereby meeting the strict quality and safety requirements for independent treatment centres and diagnostic centres as established by Zelfstandige Klinieken Nederland.

As per the legal rules, your personal data is only accessible to Open MRI Zen employees and to your requesting physician. Only with your consent as a patient will we send the findings of an examination to any doctor other than your requesting physician. More information can be found in our Privacy Statement.

Patient satisfaction
In order to optimise our services, we will send you a survey by e-mail after your examination at Open MRI Zen. In this survey, you can give your opinion about our service and relay any suggestions for improvement you may have. The feedback we get in this survey is very valuable to us. With your input, we can continue to improve the quality of our service.

Open MRI Zen strives for a personal approach and very high-quality service. Every one of our employees does their best to make a positive contribution to your examination at Open MRI Zen.

However, if you are dissatisfied with the way you have been treated or if you feel that we have failed in our service, you can submit a complaint to us.
