How to pay for your examination?
Payment is to be made after the exam with a debit or credit card. We accept most cards, no American Express.
Reimbursement
By default, no reimbursement is provided by the Belgian health insurances.
To increase the chance of a refund, you are free to submit the invoice to your health insurance anyway. Your doctor can complete the document 'planned care abroad' and send it to your health insurance in advance. Approval can take up to 45 days.

No-show and late cancellation
If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel less than 48hrs in advance, a cost of €60,00 will be charged per reserved time/exam.

Nb: Most of the exams can also be performed without a referral.
